An accomplished designer, developer, and systems engineer/architect, Mr. Martinka understands fully the entire software development lifecycle. His technical skill set encompasses multiple platforms, languages, tools, and operating systems. Prior to joining Abraxas, he founded and led Dauntless Incorporated, a software development firm specializing in trusted software and engineering solutions for the National Security communities. Mr. Martinka holds a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Illinois and an M.S. in Computer Science from George Washington University.

Mr. Gokey brings to Abraxas an unparalleled knowledge of technical systems, capabilities, and deployment methodologies developed over 30 years of real world global experiences in this discipline. Mr. Gokey has extensive experience in small and highly specialized organizations, ultimately leading to his service as a Deputy Director in the Directorates of Science and Technology and Office of Technical Services in the National Security community. Mr. Gokey is a US Navy veteran, holds a Bachelors Degree with Honors in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology and is an Honorary Fellow of the Harvard Intelligence Fellows Program.

| Teddy Lindsey | Vice President Research and Development |

A respected and accomplished computer scientist, Mr. Lindsey is charged with expanding the Abraxas product offering and accelerating the delivery of new cyber solutions. He leads Abraxas efforts in the area of advanced and innovative technology products across the entire Abraxas customer suite. Mr. Lindsey has created a dozen products across a variety of disciplines ranging from incident response and forensic tools to investigative analysis and tactical command systems.
Prior to joining Abraxas Corporation, Mr. Lindsey was Director of Research for the Microsoft/Qualcomm joint venture, Wireless Knowledge, Inc., served as the Chief Architect and lead Engineer on several commercial software products and finally a Computer Scientist for the FBI. He is a frequent speaker at national law enforcement, computer security and counterterrorism conferences.
Mr. Lindsey holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from San Diego State University.

Mr. Englehart leads the development of Abraxas Global Analytics providing scenario analysis and influence mapping and has done so successfully for more than two years. He joined Abraxas having previously worked in support of the Department of Defense and other clients in the national security community. Mr. Englehart brings to the Analytics practice a highly specialized skill in political and economic risk assessments of developing countries, most notably collaboration with the World Bank Group. Mr. Englehart holds a Masters degree with distinction from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, Washington, DC; and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA.

Mr. Broderick brings extensive operational and leadership experience to Abraxas leveraging three years as the DHS Director of Operations, a career in the US Marine Corps at every level of troop command, earning the rank of Brigadier General, and significant private sector experience responsible for 1100 employees generating in excess of $100M net sales and marketing revenue. Mr. Broderick is a graduate of Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School, the Armed Forces Staff College, the Naval War College and Worcester State College.

Mr. Routenberg comes to Abraxas with over two decades of communications, information technology, product development and organization management experience with well known firms like MITRE Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Global Net. An accomplished entrepreneur, he is especially adept at the privatization of government-owned entities, the commercialization of emerging technologies, and the process of bringing a product to the market. Mr. Routenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mathematics from Western Kentucky University and an MBA in Finance and Operations Research from George Mason University.

John Weiland is a leading designer of Applications Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) joining Abraxas from Intrinsix Federal Systems and previously Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Mr. Weiland is a recognized leader on ASIC design tools and methodologies and has spent his career designing cutting edge chips and assemblies. A Westinghouse Lamme Scholarship recipient, Mr. Weiland pursued advanced studies in project management and artificial intelligence at the MIT Center for Advanced Engineering Studies before directing his skills to design of trusted solutions for the National Security community. Mr. Weiland holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a BA in Mathematics from Swarthmore College, a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
